I'm Baaa-aaaack! Arrrrgh!

Well, I'm back from the honeymoon. I avoided Hurricane Dennis by leaving on Friday, but didn't aviod the evacuation traffic. What took me seven hours down took me eleven hours back up. But, it wa the Gulf Coast, so it was awesome.

I'm now looking full force for a job, but if anyone has any ideas, I'm all ears.

I just recently picked up, through generous gifts and donations, Sid Meier's Pirates! and NCAA Football 2006.
Pirates is fun for me. It's very open ended, it has great pirate music, and hey, I just love pirates. I loved the Pirates of the Carribean movie, I loved the old version of this game, and I love this one. If you have an Xbox, at least rent it. It's fun.

NCAA 06 was a toughie. The only reason I got it is because a friend of mine had some preorder credit towards that game and sent it to me. But, you know, in spite of EA's monopolistic asses, this game is really awesome -- if you like college football. If Madden makes as many improvements this year as NCAA did, then I won't gripe about Madden trying to slack off now that they're the only game in town.

Oh, and for all three of you (if that) who like hockey out there, It's Back! Short of some wisenheimer on the Player's Association screwing it up, the CBA will be ratified and people can start getting the puck knocked out of them again.

Yeah, I like hockey. It's really fun, especially if you get to attend a game.

Married life is going well. Mary and I are bickering quite a bit, but that's just normal. :-D. My aunt videoed the wedding, and my mom is making copies, so if any of you all would like one, just lemme know, and we'll work something out.

Hopefully within the next week or so, I'll be IMing folks and calling those whose numbers I have, so be forewarned.
